For your maximum comfort please bring PLENTY of cushioning/padding to remain comfortable while reclined on the floor, a cozy blanket for warmth and a small pillow to create your cozy own nest to rest.  NOTE: indoor event, located inside Woodstock’s Barn event space, please dress for varied temperatures. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome.

Max: 18 humans $28 Pre-registration required (tickets unavailable at the door). Doors open 20 minutes before. Limited parking, we highly encourage car pooling. The Woodstock *barn is located south of the parking lot, down the hill. *Weather permitting we will gather in the lower lawn for an outdoor sound bath on the edge of the bay among the cedar trees.
