Summer Sunset Sound Bath at Bow Sanctuary in the Orchard

Experience a sonic soundscape meditation with Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart for deep relaxation and renewal during the golden hour as the sun sinks into Salish Sea. Bring your own 'nest to rest' (yoga mat/padding, small pillow & blanket) and adventure into a profoundly restorative sound meditation for your whole being. Rise soothed, connected and refreshed.

We will gather in the outside in orchard on the grass, weather and conditions permitting. (Indoor sound session reserved for us if needed).
