Sound Bath Journey

Experience a restorative Sound Bath Meditation for your whole being. Nestle into a deep relaxing Mystic Heart Soundscape that soothes the mind, relaxes and restores the body and connects you to your heart space. We begin with grounding and gentle breathwork as we prepare and transition into sound meditation for rejuvenation and balance.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/padding, blanket and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest.” Recommended/optional: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes &/or a rolled blanket or bolster for under your knees to release the lower back - both aid in deeper states of relaxation and comfort. Seated, chair and reclined meditation welcome.
