Sound Bath Journey

Enjoy an immersion of sound and vibration of a restorative Sound Bath Meditation with Kristi. We will enter into our meditation journey with grounding and breath practices and move into a Mystic Heart Soundscape of harmonizing singing bowls and artisan gongs for states of deep relaxation and renewal. Rise refreshed and centered.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat, plenty of padding to stay comfortable on the floor, blanket and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest.” Recommended/optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to over your eyes (aids in deeper relaxation). Seated, chair and reclined meditation welcome.
