The Spring Fling includes an intuitive interactive watercolor painting activity guided by Coach Lili McGovern and supported in Sound with Kristi Moseley - you'll go home with your very own piece of artwork (no art experience needed - just a willingness to listen, play, and let something true emerge), an expression of the energy and intention you most want to carry into the second half of 2026. Come, be inspired in a community full of women.

Lite bites and beverages will be served, plus a cash bar, door prizes and raffle drawings. Let’s fling!
