You are bathed in sound to: relax, to ground, to center. Snuggle into your cozy ‘nest to rest’ while sound waves and vibrations of gongs and singing bowls wash over you.

You are welcome to receive the session either seated in a chair, seated on the floor or reclined on the floor. If seated on the floor please bring a small pillow to sit on, if reclining on the floor please bring PLENTY of cushy padding or thick blanket for your maximum comfort.
