Rest, relax & rejuvenate in a soothing soundscape to nourish your whole being. Rise feeling balanced, connected and rejuvenated.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/blanket/thick padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while reclined. Bring your favorite blanket to nestle in and (optional) a small bolster/rolled towel or pillow for under your knees, as it releases and relaxes the lower back. Suggested: a cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes, it aids in deeper relaxation. Seated, chair and reclined meditation all welcome.
