Begin your morning in the depths relaxation with a nurturing and meditative soundscape with Kristi to soothe your mind, rejuvenate your body and renew your spirit. We will ground and connect with gentle accessible breathwork and be carried by healing soundwaves and vibration to restore and rise renewed.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket (optional) and small pillow for your head. Additional props on site.
