For your maximum comfort, please bring a yoga mat, additional cushioning/padding to remain comfortable on the floor, a warm & cozy blanket and a small pillow for your head. Suggested: a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes (aids in deeper relaxation) and a bolster or pillow/blanket for under your knees (releases the lower back and increases comfort). Recommended: Dress in layers as room temperatures can vary! Reclined, chair or seated meditation welcome.
