Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation

A soothing soundscape crafted to settle our nervous system and support deeply restorative, relaxing and meditative states. Come, be bathed in sound to rest and renew. Rise connected, centered and refreshed.

In preparation please bring a yoga mat/PLENTY of floor padding (to remain comfortable during the duration of our time together and while laying on the floor), your favorite blanket and a small pillow for your head - creating a cushy & cozy nest to rest. Wear something comfortable and I suggest a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes - aiding in deep restoration. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcomed.
